Business owners tend to look for external factors to improve their business.
Typically, they bemoan at things like:
- If the economy was right.
- If I had some good employees.
- If I had enough money.
- If my customers were not troublesome.
- If the suppliers did what they said they will do.
- If these premises were big enough, glamorous enough.
Enough!!! The business owner is looking for excuses.
Before any of this will fall into place, the business owner needs to show up. What I mean by that, is that a better business owner will end up with all of those deficiencies in their business if they work on improving their own business skills. And, if the business owner thinks that they are already there, then, this is a problem as well. I coach business owners from the entire spectrum of skills and motivation from extremely low to extremely high entrepreneurs with many prior achievements. The difference with those successful people is that they know that they must continue to grow and use their mentors and networks effectively.
If you want to learn how to show up and get all the things you are after, give me a call.
