Ask yourself. “What do I do when……
- Times are tough.
- Times are great.
- Employees absolutely give you the shits.
- Someone presents you with the deal of the century.
- You get distracted with expansion ideas when you are not ready?”
Well, hopefully you are thinking Counterintuitively.
Most business owners will act like “Average” business owners would. Behave predictably. I think you know where I’m heading with this.
How about going harder when times are tough and times are great?
How about not over-reacting with the employee and learning how to become a great leader and recruiter?
What about getting educated about the deal and other deals available to make a proper decision?
And what if you learnt that you should become really good at your core of what you do before spreading yourself thin?
