Do you really know what your customers are looking for?
Most business owners think it’s all about them. No, they’re not looking for a business coach, a doctor, an accountant, a tooling manufacturer, a signwriter, or a baker. In fact, they’re after business help, a prescription, their taxes done, a precision design tool, a fabric banner, or a cake. If you were clear on what your customers are after, how much easier would it be to write an ad or get them over the line during a sales process. Too often business owners are fixated with the idea that it’s all about them, but, it’s not. It’s about the customer and in particular, their needs. You need to be very clear on that to be successful in business.
